Where can I get one of those bald cats with no hair. just the skin?

Devon Rex aren’t hairless. Either Sphynx or Kohona Cats (rare, and truly hairless. Sphynx cats have a fine layer of peach fuzz) are what you’re looking for. They are hard to find in shellters, so you’d most likely have to get one from a breeder.
