Pets dress?

What is your opinion on dress their dogs or cats or any other animal in clothing for pets? Personally unless the dog is one of the hairless dogs I think it's stupid. My dog is a short hair so when it comes out very cold and I'll put a dog-coat it or if it is raining very hard I'll put a dog rain coat on him, but then I do. EVS plcdls not others or your SN is, my dog is a breed with short hair so if we took it's cold out and we'll put a coat on him is not normal as you see, has two places that you put together in velcro (sp?) one in the neck and around her belly. Seems fine with it, the rain coat is a bit questionable but I put only on whether it were really bad. I am a pet lover and I says otherwise.
